Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and pending Registered Play Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with children and families. I earned a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. I earned an Education Specialist degree specializing in Play Therapy from the University of Mississippi. I have supported and worked with patients and families dealing with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, Bipolar, adjustment issues, trauma, abuse, etc. My client-centered counseling style includes an eclectic approach using various treatment modalities such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and many more.
